Changan South Africa's national finance offer on the Hunter K50 Range Extender EV at R8 999 a month with a 10% deposit. The range-extender electric double cab, on the longer term with a 40% balloon at the end. It carries its own petrol generator, so the range anxiety argument does not really apply to it.

Interest rate is linked to the prime lending rate (10.75%) and changes when prime changes.
72 months, 40% balloon payment. Initiation fee R1 207.50.
The balloon falls due as a single lump sum at the end of the term. It is not a guaranteed buy-back: unlike a Guaranteed Future Value plan, Changan does not undertake to take the car back at that value.
